This picture is NOT me (yet)....


I found out about and decided to try out for "The Bigest Loser" exactly two weeks ago yesterday. This is the first time in my entire life that I totally did not care about what I ate. I figured I might as well be as heavy as possible if (WHEN) I get on the show. Robin has been loving it too, and mentioned something about it being "the time of my life".

As a long time member of Weight Watchers, I have been conditioned to write down everything that I eat. The following is a list of what I have eaten during the past two weeks:

Egg Beaters with dry rye toast (that was the morning of 03/01/09, before I knew about TBL)
Chinese food - rice, rangoons, S&S chicken
Cheese & Crackers

Starting today, I am not going to go HOG WILD...I have gained around 10 pounds, give or take, and want to keep it at that until I hear from the show. Then, it's on - or should I say off. Yes, I should say off.

Today, so far I have had a Dr. Oz shake - very healthy. We're also making a healthy quiche and a pork roast for dinner.

The past two weeks have been a blast, but I really can feel the results of horrible eating. So now I am going to hop on my treadmill and do some weights. I have been keeping up with that at least. Even have been doing some running!!!!
