Despite my efforts to not lose weight lately, I made this amazingly healthy and tasty recipe last night. I totally plan on making it at the ranch. I know Bob and Jillian would approve.
I made it in a crockpot...cook on high for 4 hours...served it with steak and a baked potato.
1 pound fresh green beans, cut in to 1 inch pieces
1 big can of diced tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 TB olive oil
Oregeno
Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
